The rule of thirds:
1/3 of your day you feel good
1/3 of your day feel ok
1/3 of your day feel terrible
You are pushing yourself, but not too hard. You are taking risks, but not too much. You have challenging goals, but not unrealistic ones.
That’s a good balanced routine.
